Apple: You have our blessing to hack the iPhone

It doesn't really surprise me much *shrug* that's pretty much been their same stance with all the older ipods. It's just the hardware of the iphone combined with its mini OSX os just makes it a lot easier/convenient for the masses to do so than solutions on older ipods.
