Applecare and provisioning profiles

I'm looking to buy Applecare+ on my iPhone 6s, however, I currently have a provisioning profile from BuildStore (iEmulators) and a couple of emulators from the service installed on my device.

Do I need to remove these before going into the shop for AppleCare?

If I do need to remove them, how do I remove the profile on iOS 9?

no. They just look at your phone for physical damage and make sure the screen powers on. You may be able to just call it and get it added.
