Applecare, another great experience (France)

Yesterday, my Macbook Pro 2011 charger went south. So I called applecare France, and let them know. After explaining my case, they called me by phone and arranged a replacement for delivery.
Today, it arrived, in a box, with a prepaid return for the dead charger.
Less than 24h have passed, and I already have a new replacement charger!
That's quality service!.
(I had to put down a deposit for the charger, in case I dont ship back the bad one)
