Applecare+ so I can have piece of mind going naked. Better than buying a $50 case + Screen protectors, IMO.

AC+. This will be my first time getting any sort of AC. I'm coming off a 3GS, and I'm not sure how sturdy the glass fronts and backs are of the 4/4S. Since I refuse to carry my phone in a case I wanted to make sure I'm covered.

Now, if I go w/out breaking the phone I won't worry about getting AC next time around.

Applecare does NOT exist anymore with the new iPhone. You only have 2 options Applecare+ or nothing.

but I've heard AppleCare+ is only available in the U.S.?

so what about other countries.. do they still get the normal AppleCare option?

Use a credit card that will double the 1 year warranty.
There's no accident damage protection with that (outside of the first 90 days, if the card offers that), IIRC.

AppleCare+ allows two "accident damage" incidents over the two years, with the replacement phone costing $49 instead of the usual $199 they charge for accidental damage replacements.

I'm going for the AC+ and won't be using a case on my iPhone 4s.

I am going with AppleCare+ for my new iPhone. I also got the insurance from AT&T to cover loss or theft. I just don't wanna stress if I get robbed or lose my $850 phone. This phone looks like it should be reliable and I want it to last over two years.
