I've recently had issues with my new PB and been speaking to the Apple Tech ppl as a result. I had confirmation that this call centre for all of Canada is in Peterborough Ontario. Which is the same City that the University I go to, Trent University is located in.
The rep on the phone told me it was a good job and easy to get, but said he couldn't tell me what the phone # was nor the exact location.
So finally here's the question, Does anyone know the contact info., for this call centre? I think it would be a really sweet job, not as good as an Apple Store job(the job I really want) but still really cool.
Hopefully I can find where it is and my PB and my G5 2 will help me get in.
