I was just reading a post here, and I decided to register so I could post this, but it looks like the post was deleted so I am going to post it anywhere:

AppleCare does not cover Accidental Damage!

If you want accidental use squaretrade. Their prices are cheaper than applecare anyway. You just don't get the convenience of in-store service.
 
Everybody who actually reads the service agreement knows this well in advance of any problems.
 
I know that most of you know this, but in the topic about damaging the battery, a person was trying to convince the OP that accidental damage was covered.
