Normally when buying an iPhone 6 you would select your model>color>capacity>carrier and then on the same page you could select a Apple Case and AppleCare +.

When looking at the options for the iPhone 6s Plus, I only see the Apple Case and Apple dock listed. Will I be able to add AppleCare + on the next screen after selecting the 'Select' button at 12:01am PDT tonight? I'm looking to be quick tonight but I want to ensure my order contains everything needed.

If you can't do it then just complete the purchase and tomorrow call Apple and buy it. They cannot refuse. You have 10 days to return and buy again...

I have done this in the past and had not issues.
