AppleCare for iPhone in the Nordics

If I was to get an iPhone from the apple.com/no website as they do not have AppleCare for iPhones in Norway would Telenor be able to provide insurance?

AppleCare was awesome back in the states.

Afraid not. The AppleCare product is (or was) country-specific last I checked. Call Apple, though.

Yeah I am wondering if even though I don't buy it through the carrier I can still use their specific insurance as its been pretty good for my androids
