iPhone 12 Pro AppleCare+ help, want to change 2 things

Hello guys,

I would like to know if somebody knows if I can call tomorrow to apple and make some changes
I bought normal Applecare for iPhone12 pro and choose monthly but want to change it, covering Theft and also do it in one payment to get It cheaper.

I just received an email about my AppleCare plans and I don't know if I am going to be available to change it.

Does anyone have experience in these matter ?
