It has been almost 7 year since I last bought applecare, and I need a refresher. My 1st year is almost up and I need to get it this month.

Can I buy online and apply to my Mac? I think that is what I did with my last Macbook, but its been a long time.

Is there a place to get the best price, or is it a fixed $350 for 15" macs everywhere?

TIA

I think the days of buying applecare off of ebay are gone. IF you're a student you can get a discount of $100 I think.

I see a lot of posts here from users who bought it from B&H at a good savings with no problems.
