So I just called Apple and asked if I could exchange a color for my new iPhone 5s case. I lost the original packaging and only had the receipt. I expected to make a visit to my local Apple Store to do the exchange - but my representative took care of it for me and decided to ship me one for free.

It's in times like this (and when you get refunded for your "expedited" shipping) that you realize why Apple has such dedicated fans. Shoutout to my new friend at AppleCare - you rock!

P.S. Got my iPhone 5s today and am loving it. Will post pics soon!

Congrats! And yes, it's the little things like this, how Apple Care works, that makes Apple awesome. Of course it doesn't always work out like this, but they will general do all kinds of things for customers that other places wouldn't even think of!
