I received my iphone 4S on Friday through Sprint. This is my first apple product, so I'm not very familiar with all of the policies etc. When I opened the box, the iphone was inside and there was a packing slip saying that the applecare+ was on backorder. How can a protection plan be on backorder? From what I understand reading forums, there's some kind of box for the applecare? Is this something that I need to be concerned about? Isn't there only a certain amount of time available to activate the applecare?

Same thing here.. I called Sprint and she added it for me on her computer. I just have to call Apple and make sure it shows in their system. Make sure she doesn't charge you. She was about to charge me and I told her I already paid for it when I ordered the phone.
