Hi guys hoping for some advice.
I am in the market to buy the AppleCare for my 27" iMac i7 and I am considering this particular listing on eBay (cannot justify paying Apple's premium):

I have contacted the seller and have asked him about its compatibility with the new 27 iMacs and he says he bought it a few weeks before they came out (around 8 months ago he claims) for his iMac. He says he paid £149 for it and presumes it is compatible, he wrote in his last email:
"According to the site it just recommends that you purchase the applecare package. Other than size there is no difference between the 24" and the 27" protection plan."
So hoping somebody could confirm whether this particular product can be used with the new 27" models.
My attraction to this particular listing is that there is a physical box with the AppleCare (not just a code like many others). This may provide some relief with Paypal should anything go wrong.
