I have just recently bought an ipod touch from Best buy with the Geek Squad Black Tie Protection, but it i was reading the warrenty and it seems like it covers more than applecare. the Black tie protection was $75 and i can easily return it and get applecare for $25 on ebay like what i did for my macbook pro for only $120, but am I missing something? should i still get applecare instead? what's the difference? anyone suggestions? please help!

I would never trust a company as inferior to Apple as Best Buy. Get the Apple Care by all means. The customer service is better than anything Best Buy can offer, and instead of going through armies of Best Buy CS reps you can make a trip to the Apple Store and see one Apple Genius. Getting AppleCare will save a lot of time and frustration in the future. Good Luck.
