I have a full paid off AppleCare+ plan for all of my devices (AirPods Max, Mac Mini, iPhone). I recently changed my Apple Account email (aka my Apple ID) and deleted the old one. I paired all my devices to my new account (after removing/signing out of the old one).
However, since changing my Apple Account, whenever I check the devices by serial number (on the Check Coverage website) or check my devices when signing into the Support app/website, none of the AppleCare+ plans show with the devices - just the normal 1 year warranty expiry dates.
If I check the devices individually, by going to settings, it does show the coverage.
I've always been told the AppleCare+ plans are attached to the device, not the Apple Account.
First noticed this last Monday. Have spoken to support multiple times over the past few days, and nobody knows why this is happening or how to fix it - even though it's been escalated etc.
Anyone else experiencing similar?
