Is anyone else familiar with their computer sitting with applecare for well over a week?! I sent my computer in the 1/26 and the applecare site says "Product Return Pending" since 1/29.. whats the deal?

Give them a call. Most likely it was an error in reporting somewhere along the line, and your computer's already fixed, or has been received and it wasn't entered into the system for some reason.penguinman said:
