I've got a Mid-2007 Macbook Pro, which I'm considering getting Applecare for... but it's already over a year since I bought it, so the stock Apple warranty has already expired...

Does this disqualify me from getting Applecare coverage? Or can I still get it?

not 100% sure, but I think you must get AC within the Warranty period.

yep its too late. You must get it before the 1 year warranty that comes with the computer is out.
