AppleCare+ question for iPhone 5

So my iPhone 5 is in really bad shape and I was thinking of taking it to apple. Does anyone have an idea on what would they replace it with since they're not selling the iPhone 5 anymore?

They will give you a refurbed iphone 5 unit. they have plenty of those in stock.
