I purchased Applecare+ with my new phone at an AT&T store.

I think the sales guy said I would get an email.

So far I have received nothing telling me I am under the service plan.

Now that I think about it, I have not received a single Apple email about the purchase (they usually get auto sent when you register the device).

How do I check if I am covered?

Check your receipt with AT&T and make sure you purchased it.

Next, input your serial number into Apple's serial number check (in their support section) and see if your iPhone's serial number shows it having AppleCare+

Finally: Never assume an AT&T retail employee actually did their job or knows what they're talking about.

I ordered over the phone via Apple for my Verizon iPhone and haven't receieved an email either but it has been applied to my phone.

Here's what I did to verify that my AC+ is in place. Have your serial # ready and go to https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do and check your service and support coverage. It should show up there if AC+ has been applied to your phone.

Hope that helps!

Thanks,
It does show on my receipt.
I just checked my serial on Apple Support and of course, it is not there.

So, should I contact Apple or AT&T?

I guess I am wondering if it is just being processed or something was setup wrong.

Thanks, that is what I did.
If you go to the support site listed above, they let you upload your receipt.
I noticed the serial number on the receipt does not match my phones.
Could be the issue.
I'll see what Apple says.

Ok, I got an email back from Apple saying they have my information but I needed to forward my enrollment number to another Apple email address.

I just gave them the only number I have, the Apple Agreement one which is odd since it is displayed on the receipt I sent them.

My only concern, when I purchased Apple Care +. the sales guy had the white box but never gave it to me.

Did anyone else purchase Apple Care+ without a physical box?
