I have a year old macbook pro. The powersupply cable broke right near the plugin on the computer, I have no idea how and when but I want to get a new one. Will they cover it?? If not why, I have read that there have been problems with them breaking in that spot so they should cover it, Im going to an apple store this weekend and Im just seeing what others think.

PS sorry if this is in the wrong area.

THANKS!!!

you can check your MBP's warranty status on apple.com

its always possible they will cover it for you, but if its out of warranty, who knows.
