So I just sold my MacBook Air and returned the AppleCare that came with it. They are prorating the return but I only had it for 5 months do I think I'll be getting most of my money back.

My question is how long until I see my return on my card? The email says 4-5 weeks but I was wondering if someone's done this before and if the process was quicker?

I believe the pro-ration rate is the number of months remaining/36 less $25. It took the full 4-5 weeks when I cancelled AppleCare when I sold my Rev B in late 2010.

I just wanted to update the thread and say it took exactly one week.
I cancelled last Tuesday and it posted today.
