Hey folks,

Was wondering if someone could clarify the £25 screen replacement/repair policy under AppleCare+

I've noticed a very small 'smudge' on my 6S towards the top left, hardly noticeable but once you know it's ther, it's hard to no see... seems like a few dead pixels but hard to tell.

Also, the olephobic coating on my screen is pretty much gone, meaning as soon as I touch the screen it's got finger marks on it.

Would they replace the screen under these circumstances? Or would I need to have an actually broken screen to get the repair done?

My headphone jack also seems to be blocked, meaning the headphones don't fully insert anymore.. someone took a quick look in the Store and said it'd need opening up to fix, any ideas what this would involve?

Sorry for all ththe questions, hopefully someone can help.

Cheers.

My experience with Apple care is. Any problem with hardware they will replace phone with brand new phone. That's why I bought iPhone 7 instead of note book 7. Good luck.
