Applecare+ ships separate?

I know its not a physical product, but why haven't i gotten anything ? I got my phone, I was charged for AppleCare+ but when i put my serial # in the system it doesn't show up on my account - Is that because it kicks in after the 30 day warranty period? Anyone else order and not get a packet with their order?

I bought AppleCare+ with my iPhone at the Apple Store and I didn't get anything except for a little clause on the receipt that says I bought AppleCare+ for $99.

As for online checking, what tool are you using?

I just used: https://selfsolve.apple.com
And it showed that my device has AppleCare+

You don't have to pay tax on AppleCare since it's a service, correct?

Yeah when you put in Your Serial number here http://www.apple.com/support/contact/ does it show you have AppleCare+ - ??

My Applecare + order is still processing. When I checked my iPhone serial number, it does not show coverage yet.

Same here... I bought apple care plus and it charge me 99 and I have the invoice.. However when I check my coverage online it doesn't show that I have AppleCare plus... Apple do ur damn job
