Currently i use a 3G iPhone warranty expires this summer, i can buy Applecare but whats the point if my Jailbroken, and most issues are fixed by restoring? Also i really need to unlock my 3G

Definitely not since you aren't on AT&T and you have to unlock your phone. If it was just jailbroken I would say yes, because you can just restore and be back to normal in the case of a hardware failure.
