So here's the deal, I returned my iPhone 6 yesterday in exchange for a 6 plus which won't be here till about a month. I already purchase AppleCare+ earlier last week. Do I just need to e-mail AppleCare support and tell them the information of the 6 plus when it does come in? And does that move the purchase date to yesterday or when i purchase the 6?

Nontransferable. AC+ follows the device.
Call Apple. Cancel on the old device. You will not get your $99 back, but you will get the prorated amount. When new device comes, make another purchase.
