AppleCare Under Wrong Name...

So I just bought an iPhone (hurray and all that guff)....
I filled out the applecare and all and then I realized that my name wasn't on the applecare. The name of someone else is there (I realized that through iTunes a different user logged in their account information without my knowledge).

How can I get it changed to my name? Give them a call? Is there a place to contact them online to get it changed?
