Pre-ordered my iPhone 4S last night via the Apple Store App... never saw an option for AppleCare or AppleCare+... am I the only one? Any ideas how to add it to my order before it ships (if that's even necessary)?

You had to add it like you were shopping for it.. You can order it an put in your serial number, or go into AT&T/Apple (if that's who you have) and pick it up when you get the phone. That's what I did.
