Is apple still obligated to replace broken iphone 4s's even if the contract has been broken? They have to right?
I've been using a verizon 4s, on t-mobile (via gevey sim), and the power button just completely stopped working. Its jailbroken and I used Activator to put the phone to sleep by triple pressing the home button.
If I restore this (to remove jailbreak), and put the original sim tray back in, Apple should replace it without a problem right? I would like a phone with a working power button. I was just going to say I was using it like an iPod touch if they ask why its not activated with Verizon.
