I have a new iPhone coming . I live in UK is it worth me buying Applecare+ for it as ,what, I can't understand is if it needs repairing under Applecare + Apple asked for a holding fee incase its not pristine. What my argument sis why? if its not pristine they take the holding fee so is Applecare+ worth it in UK?

Well in the UK, I believe there's is an 5 year consumer law. Not 100% sure I believe there's is.
