Notice if you will that Apple has been gathering a few different kinds of information. Slowly but surely, your devices know your facial features (Memoji) and with a couple tweaks and some info about your body, Memoji could be a full size animated version of you.
Notice that LiDAR scanners are coming into vogue. You can begin to map a room with your Phone or iPad.
We also have precision Bluetooth tracking being built into the devices.
We also have a home device, a HomePod.
What if the HomePod were to gain 360 degree LiDAR? That could give you an effectively realistic sense of a room in real time. Or you could stand in front of your HomePod and it could take your whole body telemetry in real time.
Then what if the technology we end up with by like 2023 is literally the ability to project yourself into somebody else's room, in real time, as long as they are wearing their Apple AR or VR glasses? You'd be able to walk through each other but still, that would be amazing and I don't see it as particularly far off. Thoughts?
