apple's credit card charge patterns?

I ordered on the 15th and a hold was on my card for the amount of the phone. You know a hold, where the money is "taken" but doesn't show up on the statement. Well my iPhone finally showed up today, charged on the 21st, i wonder if there is a pattern as to shipping times, delivery times, and charges.

So, i ordered on the 15th, hold on the 15th, formally charged on the 21st and delivery should be the 23rd. Whats everyone else's pattern?

edit: nobody cares?
