Maybe this is just my perspective, but I think the iPhone 5/iOS 5/iCloud will start a huge increase in Apple's ecosystem size.

What I mean is, more than before, common users are going to be more tempted to buy Apple computers, they'll be using Apple email/contacts/calendars, basically any Apple-product-user now will become even more trapped into their products.

I already feel it now... I'm sitting here with an iPhone 4 and an Infuse 4G. I might get rid of the Infuse MAINLY because I know that my iPhone will sync my documents, music, photos,... I'll be able to edit my documents, organize my music, buy music, unlike any way I've been able to do things on my Android phones. This would basically trap me in till at least next year, and ya know, chances are I'll get the iPhone 6 too... Just for the convenience of owning Apple products, it makes the idea of switching to Android again seem pretty illogical for me.

I know a lot of what I'm saying seems general, but I really think this will be a large change compared to the past. Anyone else agree? What are your thoughts?
