Apple's Home stinks

I am generally an Apple Supporter thru and thru. I used to think that Siri was the worst product ever made. Then I got HomePods and tried to get them connected with Home.
I know this works fine on my phone. My Sony TV won't talk to it. My primary use was to stick this wonderful pair of speakers next to my Mac and play music in the background on occasion. Absolute fail! On occasion I get it to work, but I don't want to spend another half an hour, or an hour getting it back. Why is this such crap? Why can't Apple get their act together to allow me to play music from my Mac?

Frankly, I'm tired to see these kinds of posts on this forum and subreddit of Apple. People ranting about things they use, and having to bitch about it. If I don't like something after several tries, I ditch it. I don't complain on some random forum that Apple won't be looking at. Provide your feedback through their website if needed, but saying it here doesn't really matter. You're just making noise at this point.

we would be surprised what  reads online and cares about criticism about their products
we complained heavily here in 2018 about the MacBook Pro and that keyboard
now they have a respectable laptop

 never figured out music and airplay,
especially with little things
like auto pairing an tv remote with iTunes on a macmini.

the first item all my  things wants to airpair with is my neighbors TV
not my apple tv 2 inches away, or iPad
but the TV which is over 70 feet away.
