They quoted me at $240.00 for my iphone4.

Basically they give you an apple giftcard for the value of your phone. I usually just sell my phones on ebay and in the past I've been able to fetch slightly more than 240.00 but that includes the headaches of selling it on ebay and going through all thats involved (not that its so hard, but it can be annoying if its not the right buyer).
240.00 shipped free isnt a bad option and I don't care if it's in the form of a giftcard because it'll just be going towards the next iPhone.
