B&H Photo today introduced a few steep discounts on Apple's 14-inch MacBook Pro, with up to $450 in savings on select models. These deals are part of B&H Photo's daily "Deal Zone" specials, meaning they will disappear after 11:59 p.m. ET tonight.

Discounts include the 14-inch M4 MacBook Pro with 24GB RAM/512GB SSD for $1,399.00, as well as the model with 32GB RAM/512GB SSD for $1,599.00. Both of these represent $400 discounts on each computer and are all-time low prices.

Finally, B&H Photo also has the 14-inch M4 Pro MacBook Pro with 24GB RAM/1TB SSD for $1,749.00, which is a $450 discount on this model. All of these models are in stock and have an estimated delivery date of around September 12 for most U.S. residences.

My work was kind enough to purchase the 24GB/512GB M4 model for me. While I don’t do any type of video or photo work, I use a lot spreadsheets and have many browser windows open for Smartsheet, SharePoint, Salesforce, Tableau and other web apps, it’s more than excellent for office work.

Massive. They are clearing out the 24gb and 32gb models. You want anything else it will cost you. If you want a 24/32gb 512gb only, you save $400, as far as I can tell. Best Buy is discounting more models I think.

M5’s not far away. Just clearing the old stock in preparation.
Something's up, anyway.* Best Buy's got the 13 inch M2 16/256 MacBook Airs for $700 for... another 3 hours from the time I'm posting, I think? Just catching up on notifications on my phone and saw it's a "Deal of the Day." In this case, maybe it's just because the particular model is from 2022. Seems like it'd be a great deal for any student who missed out on earlier deals.
MacRumors' chart says they have the silver one even cheaper at $680, but I'll bet the dark one will stay looking nicer after a few scuffs. (Pretty sure you can click through from there and give MR some affiliate $, too.)

*oh! there's also the rumor they're making a super-cheap MacBook to take over from the Walmart M1 special, and maybe that gets announced in October/November?
