This represents a new record low price on the model, and both M4 1TB models are also seeing new best-ever prices at $300 off during this sale.

I guess this is as good sign as any the M5 models will be released before too long---all these sales to clear out the M4 models and squeeze in as many sales as possible before the new launch.

Not really. I got £300 off a M4 Pro/24GB/1TB model less than a month after release on Amazon. They do discounts now and then.

An M5 iPad Pro is rumoured to launch later this year with Mac’s to follow in late Q1 26/Q2 26.
