Apples Maps - Constant Address Maddening

I'm baffled. There is this foreign address that always seems to ~reinsert~ into Apple maps.

I've removed it
I've taken the address, added it as my favorite and contact and then have deleted the contact and removed the favorite.

Everytime I get into the car, the apple auto senses and asks, do you want to go to ~foreign address~. And lo and behold, the address is back in the Apple Maps app.

Anyhow have a guide on where I should be looking ?
