Apple's new JB API detecting app??? Has anyone read this?

I know it's been posted 3 days ago or maybe I missed the info somewhere but I have been gone for a week so excuse me for my lack of information. If this is true, then "holy crap," this would put a downer for all of us who has a JB device. Hope there is a way to bypass Apple's new security...

Since iOS4 was introduce several "anti-piracy" API have been available to developer, including the MDM check, you got nothing to worry about if you use JB app and legal AppStore App, it only affect people using Crack/Stolen Apps.

I'm a little confused about what the concern is here. I thought the news was that Apple is disabling the JB detection API that they made available beginning with 4.0?

And from what I understand antid0te is installed via cydia to increase the security of already jailbroken iPhones...

Isn't this good for the JB community and not bad?
