Earlier, I submitted two bug reports of the latest version of Keynote and QuickTime lacking interactive mov support through http://bugreport.apple.com/

Apple's official respond to removal of interactive mov support in QuickTime Player 10.3:

Engineering has determined that this issue behaves as intended based on the following information:

Interactive movie features are not supported by QuickTime Player 10 in Mavericks. QuickTime Player 7 is still available as an optional download and fully supports the features of interactive movies.

Apple's official respond to removal of interactive mov export support in Keynote 6:

Engineering has determined that this issue behaves as intended based on the following information:

CoreMedia / Quicktime Player X no longer have support for creating new interactive movies.

The alternative is to do an HTML export if you want full interactivity.

There is nothing that Keynote can do without CoreMedia support.

So basically that's it. HTML expert still lacks support for many animations. Sad story but good to hear what they want to say.
