After announcing last week that it would be launching its online store in Vietnam on May 18, the store has now gone live, opening up direct sales for Apple in a largely untapped market with significant growth potential.

As in other countries, Apple's Vietnam online store offers a full range of Apple products and accessories, with shopping assistance from Apple Specialists, free no-contact delivery, a trade-in program for iPhone sales, free one-on-one online training sessions with certain product purchases, build-to-order Mac options, and multiple payment options.

The store is available in both Vietnamese and English, allowing customers to order a wide range of Apple products on the web.

I have never ordered from Apple's Online Store and I'm not from North America...

Where are the devices sold coming from? Are they coming from US or China or depends on the country/location of the purchase order? How is the experience for those in the US comparing online store and physical store? Is it better to purchase online or purchase in store?

Well it seems marginally better than Malaysia online where there are no trade-ins but both do not have a 14 day return policy unless its a lemon

Struggled to find English toggle

Compared to US and Europe these stores are very limited

There is one thing that users in Vietnam have been debating heavily today, and that is the pricing listed by Apple on their online store. According to that, they are selling the iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB for $1,217 (including taxes), while Apple's authorized resellers are selling the same device for $1,145. Moreover, these authorized resellers have been consistently launching promotional campaigns to compete with each other, creating a lively atmosphere 🤣

Other products also have higher prices compared to Apple Authorized Resellers (AAR), but regardless, it is still exciting that Apple has opened an online store here.

VN is gonna be a humongous success for Apple. I don't know if they have been doing study on this country, but the people there loveeeee high tech gadgets. Even low level office workers who make $1K/month own the latest iPhones. Good luck to them! They gonna have a blast.
