Apple's Productivity Apps

Hey,

I bought an iPhone 5S and heard that Apple would allow you to download their "Productivity" apps for free but how do I do that? On my App Store they show the price.

Do they show as free on the iPhone itself? App Store > Featured > Apps Made by Apple.

Why yes they do, normally don't use app store on my iphone. Thank you!
