Does anyone have details? I'm hoping there will be a 30" or larger display with LED backlighting. The current one is very long in the tooth. Surely they're planning one with DisplayPort!

So...many...threads on this...
LED screens at that size are still over $2500, with most being closer to $3000. Not going to happen for quite some time...
And, the current screen is till a top notch product!
Only that it doesn't display any of the iTunes copy-protected HD video content. Neither purchases nor rentals.
Let alone any BluRay content - when that ever happens.
So you have this fantastic 30" huge display which is ideal for HD movies - only that you can't play them!
At least not legally.
It would be great if Apple could at least just update the current model to be HDCP compliant with a miniDisplayPort plug.
I don't need LED backlighting if it makes the monitor super expensive. But I do like to watch HD movies...
