I purchased a refurb baseline MacBook Pro last Thursday (that was the purchase date). Is there any way I can return the one I have now for a new, updated MBP? It's already been used and such. I didn't know if I could swap a now old refurb for a new one. Any advice?

Yes, you have 14 days to return it when it arrives. If you live in USA, there's 15% restocking fee

Ok, thank you. I just didn't know if there was a way to return a refurb and all. Thank you so much, I can't wait!

Hi, if my uMBP has a few defects (defective battery + bent lid) could I just get a refund instead of having them repair it? I live in Belgium and bought it from an Apple Premium Reseller. I'm within 14 days of purchase.

Go there and ask. I guess they can change it to new one
