macOS Applescript Folder Size Help

Hello, I'm in need of a script that will search a directory recursively for folders that are under 1MB in size, and then print the folder names that match the criteria to the screen. Is there anyone that can help me out? I'm not a programmer so I don't even know where I would start with something like this. Thanks.
