macOS Applescript for Outlook 2011 for Mac

Need an applescript which I can use with rule that will allow me to run through all my emails and add email addresses from To and cc automatically to my contacts.

Right now I'm doing this manually which is quite a pain.

i am not a programmer, so would really appreciate if someone can help me out on this.

This one gets the email address, you can just change your target to Address Book to save the email. For the rest, search the forums or check out the Apple Discussions.
