Applescript installation Problem for Entourage

I must admit, I am new to applescripts. However, I have tried multiple methods and can't seem to get the applescripts I've downloaded to work in Entourage. Can someone give me a step-by-step on how to install applescripts?

This is the applescript I am trying to install...
postpone_delayed_send_v1.95.sit

I'm going to guess that you didn't install the script properly.
