AppleScript just not working

I've tried everything exactly as they explain it.

I can get nothing to work. Nothing shows up in the context menu.

I am using Mavericks.

This seems really simple. I'm obviously doing something wrong. But I don't know what.

Would someone mind helping me?

I tried this and... had no dice either. I removed the "¬" character and associated new line from the script, wherever it appeared. That at least got it to show up in the Services menu. When invoked it just beeps though.
