Is there a way to execute Applescript over a Network?

Im trying to Execute Keyboard shortcuts on a remote machine, Same Lan so not that remote.

Ok I figured out how to Applescript over a network, Using the osascript command on the Terminal.

So I have installed putty on a windows machine set up a Key Exchange login via ssh that is automated with windows boot. Next Question does anyone know if I can get only keyboard control in a way like VNC but I don't need screen sharing just keyboard sharing?

As currently I am using Girder on the PC to pass command line osascript commands to putty. Thus being able to use a touchscreen epos unit to control a Mac Via a Flash Interface.
