Is it possible in AppleScript to automate creating message filters for "Mail"?

I get so many junk mail messages, I'd like to be able to automate, to some extent, being able to block a domain - setting up a rule - in Mac Mail using AppleScript.

Not sure this is possible, how exactly I'd do it, or how difficult it would be (etc.).
