macOS Applescript to insert photo in photoshop

I have a template created that I need to drop photos into based on a name that has been entered earlier in the script. I can create the string to point to the image, but how do I get the image to drop into a specific layer?

Anyone know the command or commands for this? I have tried everything I can think of, but no luck.
